SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Method HydriGlo Health & Wellness currently offers Standard Shipping on all orders placed through our online store.

Where We Ship

  • We ship to addresses only within the United States.
  • Orders cannot be shipped to international addresses at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed and payment is approved.
  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after the order leaves our facility, depending on your location and the carrier.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping is applied to every order at checkout.
  • Your shipping cost will be displayed before you complete payment.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your package.

Holidays & Peak Times

  • Orders placed on major U.S. holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, there may be slight delays in processing and transit times.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL All sales made through HydriGlo Health & Wellness are final. Because our products are health, wellness, and ingestible items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

This policy is in place to protect product integrity and client safety. Please review product descriptions carefully and contact us with questions before completing your purchase.

Scope of Policy This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Detox and supplement products
  • Skincare and body products
  • Digital programs, downloads, and meal plans
  • Any sealed, consumable, or ingestible wellness products

Cancellations Once an order has been submitted, processed, and shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Product Integrity & Safety For health and safety reasons, we are unable to restock or resell any wellness or ingestible product once it has left our facility. Therefore, no returns or exchanges will be authorized, whether the product is opened or unopened.

Results & Usage Outcomes may vary from person to person. HydriGlo Health & Wellness provides high-quality clinical formulations, but we cannot guarantee specific results for every individual. Lack of results or personal preference does not constitute a valid reason for a refund or return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items While we do not offer returns for change of mind, we stand by the quality of our shipping. If your item arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
